Quilting

I am a beginning quilter...I begin a lot of things that I don't finish...... As part of organizing the studio, I decided to do a paper inventory of unfinished projects...I stopped counting at 100! and that is not counting projects that I have pulled the fabric for or the three tubs of 30"s fabric that have a number of started tops that a friend and I were working on for an exhibit before she died....and I know there are more! A few I will probably never finish and might just give away "as is" but most of then are good/usable pieces, for gifts if nothing else (baby quilts and table runners).....there are three quilts that just need to be bound and signed....20 pieces are basted and a couple of more have been mated with their backs and are ready to baste.....most are crib size or wall pieces but there are king size quilts in the piles too. There are also three quilts that I am finishing for my daughter-in-law..... I got this far behind once before and I put on a quilting marathon and did finish around 80 pieces one year....maybe it is time to do that again.... Just felt a need to share
